Owning and becoming a director of by design: Mind and Body was a natural progression for Ambrose after a life revolved around his own fitness, and that of his clients.

He understands the psyche required to be a success in competitive football and triathlons, and the high level work ethic necessary to succeed, which he now adapts to his business.  This philosophy also permeates through to his personal training, where linking positive mental strength with physical functional training, results in a potent level of achievement.

His fascination with the body does not stop with his personal training, as Ambrose is an accomplished Myotherapist, who has worked with a broad spectrum of elite athletes.  In 2008 he founded Australian Corporate Myotherapy Clinic, which is located within by design:Mind and Body.
