Boot Camp combines running, functional and interval training, and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight. Designed to help you lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength and get you into a routine of regular exercise.
It is based on the military style of training (without the shouting). Usually held indoors, the activities include push-ups, squats, lunges pull-ups, suspension training jogging, sprinting, plyometrics, and a variety of other exercises.

 

Boot Camp is a dynamic, fun, energetic group class - designed to motivate and bring out the best in you.
Suitable for all fitness levels, providing you are willing to train hard and sweat.
